  You can cancel or change your order by email or phone before the goods are processed or shipped (at no charge). If your order has been processed or shipped prior to our receipt of your cancellation request, you may return the goods (unopened & in good condition) within 7 days for a refund less restocking charge (contact Customer Service for current value). We will not refund the shipping, handling and any other 3rd Party cost incurred (Especially due to cancellation for misuse of our service). We do not refund for fresh, frozen, perishable products and any products modified to fulfill your order.
